Be ready for some changes today! We will be having a visiting band, Water Within, from Nashville, Tennessee to lead us in worship music, and Overseer John Stevens will be preaching today with a fantastic message about Navigating Life’s Valleys.
From the sign for VALLEY, you would correctly guess that a valley is a low place. But in today’s context, a valley is also a low time in our lives when we experience fear or depression, when hope is missing. Keep that in mind as John teaches us that valleys fit into God’s plan to test and improve our faith in Him. He will be using the story of the prophet Elijah to teach us to accept the valleys and learn the lessons God wants us to learn.
