Today Pastor Matt continues the “Running with Giants” series. Today’s giant is John the Baptist, who was Jesus’ first cousin once removed (Jesus’ mother’s cousin’s son), a humble man who prepared the way for Jesus by baptizing people and speaking of Jesus coming.
What is amazing about this giant of faith is that even though he knew and had faith the Messiah was coming, he still had doubts, too! Our lesson from John the Baptist is how to overcome doubt and hold to our faith.
